Thank you for shopping with Willow Cottage. All of our items are handmade in Ireland with care and attention, and we want to make sure they reach you safely.

Processing Time Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we will always keep you informed.

Delivery — Ireland Orders within Ireland are shipped via An Post. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery — Europe & International We ship to 28 countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, but typically take 5–14 business days from dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at willowcottage.ie@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
